In her artwork, Gabriela undertakes actions which are developed since the intimacy, whith this, she creates a game of contents through the search of herself in the body, where the lived fictions take form since the love, the desire, like irrepressible feelings that break the silence inside causing the imbalance, which is effective in the solitude of the company and the separation that ripples the reflexions.

The diverse artworks of Vanessa have in common the literary, the sonorous and the visual, in these are articulated the childhood games, the sewing with the element of the time, the shoots of the body that allow to use the hair like a metaphore of the fragile, the complex and the subtle. There are also the affections in paper and the rhetoric in sugar letters.
